Welcome to the official GalaxyMC Store! By purchasing any product from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • GalaxyMC is a Minecraft server offering virtual products and in-game perks.
  • All purchases are made voluntarily.
  • By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
  • GalaxyMC reserves the right to update these terms whenever necessary.

2. Payments

  • All prices are displayed in the store's selected currency.
  • Payments must be completed before any products are delivered.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username when placing an order.
  • GalaxyMC is not responsible for purchases made using incorrect account information.

3. Virtual Products

  • All products sold in the GalaxyMC Store are virtual and intended for use on the GalaxyMC Minecraft server.
  • Purchased ranks, keys, coins and other perks have no real-world monetary value.
  • Virtual products cannot be exchanged for real money.
  • Products are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by GalaxyMC.
  • GalaxyMC reserves the right to modify or balance in-game products when necessary.

4. Refund Policy

All purchases are considered final.

  • GalaxyMC does not offer refunds for accidental purchases, incorrect purchases or changes of mind.
  • Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with a product will generally not be accepted.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes should not be initiated without first contacting the GalaxyMC staff team.
  • Attempting to obtain products through fraudulent payments or unauthorized chargebacks may result in the removal of purchased perks and restrictions on your server account.

Nothing in this section removes any refund, cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

5. Product Delivery

  • Most purchases are delivered automatically in-game.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on server availability and payment processing.
  • If your purchase has not arrived, please contact our support team with your transaction details.
  • GalaxyMC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect usernames or third-party payment providers.

6. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username during checkout.
  • GalaxyMC cannot guarantee recovery of purchases sent to an incorrect account.
  • Sharing accounts or purchased perks is done at your own risk.
  • GalaxyMC staff will never ask for your Minecraft or payment passwords.

7. Server Rules & Punishments

  • All players must follow the official GalaxyMC server rules.
  • Breaking server rules may result in warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans or permanent bans.
  • Purchasing a rank or any other product does not grant immunity from punishments.
  • Purchases are generally not refunded if an account is punished for breaking server rules, subject to applicable law.

8. Service Availability

  • GalaxyMC does not guarantee that the server will be available 24/7.
  • Maintenance, updates, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily affect server access.
  • GalaxyMC reserves the right to modify, remove or discontinue features when necessary.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the server and purchased features.

9. Changes to Products

  • GalaxyMC reserves the right to adjust product features, prices and in-game benefits.
  • Previously purchased products may receive balance changes.
  • We aim to keep purchased products functional and useful for our community.

10. Abuse & Fraud

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Using stolen payment methods.
  • Exploiting payment or store systems.
  • Attempting to manipulate purchases or transactions.
  • Providing false information during checkout.
  • Abusing bugs or errors to obtain products without payment.

Violations may result in account restrictions and removal of improperly obtained products.

11. Third-Party Services

  • Payments may be processed by external payment providers.
  • GalaxyMC is not responsible for outages or technical issues caused by third-party services.
  • Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
